There quite a lot of wires sprouting up from this button, but the idea is pretty good. From the Avian fridge to the push-the-button-get-the-pizza, we are happily using digital to enhance our physical experiences. Powered by JavaScript, the idea behind the PiePal is simple: turn the dial and push the button. Turning the dial selects the number of pizzas to be delivered, and pressing the button puts the order in. LED light is a confirmation that the order has been received.
So far, now only pizzas you can order are by Domino's. PiePal creators reverse-engineered Domino's ordering system and included features like locating the nearest store and tracking the order. You can sign up to be a beta-tester here.
